I have a 412 Valmet that is not reliable. 2 or 3 times out of 25 it doesn't hit the primers hard enough to fire. I have taken off the stock and cleaned the action with Gun Scrubber, and re-oiled with Rem oil, but still have the same result. Any ideas?
