I have a Zastavia (Interarms) mini-mauser action with a 223 magazine. I want to put a 17 hornet barrel on it. I checked Gun Parts (Numrich Arms) and they are out of stock on 22 Hornet magazine parts. Can I convert the existing magazine follower and magazine box? Anyone have a source of parts? Thanks for the help.

I have not tried it. But, looks to me like it would need an adjustment to the follower and a spacer in the box. Would the bolt need to be opened?

When you get around to it I'd be happy to cut you a nice streamline stock for it.

As Richj said the cz would be a nice option. Have to check and see if they make the shorter mag for the hornet.
