I picked up a new Remington Sendero SFII last night and it looked very nice with just one exception. There are a couple of areas on the barrel fluting where the paint (cold blueing ??) did not cover very well. Does anyone know what product Remington uses on the barrel fluting? I have sent an e-mail to Remington so I should hear back from them in a few days. Mike

Don't know about Remington But most engravers use Rust O Leum Gloss black Oil base paint.
Simple.
