Personally I like this guy's bolts:

The one in the eBay auction is rough when you look at the finish. The surface is uneven. Look at the pic from the top.

Last time I checked a 2 position safety was $100 and a new bolt welded on was about $60.00 (cheapest) to $150 (or more for fancy work) so . . . . . .
