Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith to fine tune a factory rifle? I'm talking about replacing the trigger, truing the action, lapping, target crown, etc. Everything except replacing the barrel and stock. I had my heart set on a Sako, but may have to settle for a Winchester.

Man you don't even have the rifle yet and already thinking about modifying it. Since you don't seem to mind spending the extra cash, you may want to spend more $$$ up front for a good factory rifle so there is no need to spend more when you get it. You will be suprised that some of the factory rifles are awesome shooters right out of the box. With that said, if you have the cash and desire then by all means go for it. Good luck.
