Duane WiebeMag Mauser bottom metal
Our shop says the pot belly config for 98's long mag will be ready 12-1-08..I'll post photo as soon as possible...These will be suitable for up to 404 Jeff. We'll be tooling up for the Enfields the very next day

ForrestBDuane, I'd like to use one of these for my 404 if it's not too late.
If Duane accepts this change order, I'll have a Blackburn long magnum unit for sale at a very reasonable price.

Stu CHi Duane,
Can you ell me which model is going to be most suited to a 9.3x64 - the 1M or 2M? I'm not looking for a drop box configuration.

2M is a little wider, so would be the best choice

Duane WiebeYou bet they will be available...Ralf is a favorite competitor..his work is "best" quality..to have him build the rifle is a wise choice

Duane WiebeBig Earl,
This probably isn't what you had in mind but here are photos of the 3MX bottom metal units as we finish and assemble them. I'll try to get some close-up photos in the next few days.

Duane WiebeHere's a close-up photo of a partially finished MX3. You can see the box has not yet been opened on the bottom. We need the extra screw holes in order to hold the bottom metal in the jig while it's being shaped.
The next steps are to open the box, add the floor plate and release. After that, they'll be ready to ship.
