gentlemen i have a very basic question about smoothing out a grip that has a pretty bad grrrrr in it..... it is an older hogue lamo camo finger dished one piece grip on a model 27 s&w....... what grit abrasive to use and how to get it smooth again and what to finish it with???? all replies welcome...... thanks jjb

If it is that deep; use a rasp, then a file, then 120 grit, then it might be ok. If not, go to 220, 320. that will be enough.
