I have been to his home where his shop is located. The assortment of stocks at that time was rather disappointing. I have not been back but I would go again if I was in Vegas. He is a wonderful guy to talk to and I listened to some of his hunting stories absolutely spellbound. he has a fairly large trophy room in his house with countless trophies, lots of African animals and at least 8 grizzlies if memory serves me well.

No personal experience, but a friend has bought several blanks form him and liked them. And my friend has handled a lot of good wood.

He sent me some pics of some run of the mill blanks, but they were priced right, but nothing I wanted. When I spoke with him over the phone he was about as nice a guy as you can talk to. I was thinking about calling him to see what he had. One thing about it, where he is located in or near Vegas his blanks should dry pretty quick.

GSP7,

I can't remember, its been a long time back. I would call Cecil up on Monday, he is a easy guy to talk to, my guess these blanks are long gone. They were two one sided for me what ever the price no matter what the price is and I'm cheap.
