I NEVER loan out ANY tools but a friend borrowed my old RCBS trigger pull guage and says he doesn't have it and can't remember borrowing it. Now I remember why I NEVER loan tools...<sigh> Anyway... I needed one of those newfangled digital thingamabobs anyway... Who makes the best and why? $bob$

My finger can tell if a trigger has creep, take up or backlash. A gage cannot. I use a couple of spring loaded scales. One is a fish scale and the other goes up to about 2.5 lbs. I have so many tools and gagets that I need a tool butler.

Try this one I hear it does everything but aim for ya. http://www.manthei-mess-systeme.de/gb_triggerscan_introduction.htm Or you might get by with a Lyman digital. I use a old RCBS but I hear the Lyman is top notch.
