It's called a "bolt guide rib collar" on L-579's part number 217-42.

Do not know the part # on 591's, however.

Thanks gentlemen for the assist. I haven't had a response from Accuflite yet, but expect that they will respond. Will call Beretta tomorrow. Now that I know the correct nomenclature, it should be easier to communicate my needs.
