Heed the words of Winston Smith in Orwell's 1984:

"Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right."

It could be an old Sako AV follower or a follower for a commercial Mauser of some brand or another. But it's anyone's guess.

When I was a kid. I had the stick. I had the rock. And I had the mud puddle. I am as adept with them today, as I was back then. Lets see today's kids say that about their IPods, IPads and XBoxes in 45 years!

Did every body miss that the big follower is left handed ?

I know some of the older Dakota 76 actions used a follower like that, maybe an 416 Rigby

coffee I'll be damned. In 35 years of gun plumbing I don't think I have ever seen a left handed follower. Or I just never paid attention to which way they swung. I certainly didn't clue into that one being on the off side until you mentioned it Jim. Now the thing sticks out like a sore thumb. lol

I don't have a fawking CLUE ! I know that the Schultz & Larsen had that funny little T shaped follower for a while.

I saw one on an Echols one time. Can't remember why he said he did it that way.
