I recently asked Kelly McMillan about the KS and Alaskan Wilderness Rifle Stocks and he told me that they are built of the same material as the regular fiberglass McMillan products (which are excellent) with a little kevlar added. Kelly said the kevlar does not make any difference but is used by Remington as a marketing ploy. There is no bedding block and Remington does the installation themselves, so you would have to pillar bed the stock on your own if you desired to do so.
