My Sako Vixen (model 461 I think) will not feed the last round from the magazine. Seems the tip of the bullet is not raised to slide up on the feed ramp and avoid hitting the front of the magazine.

Is there anything you know of to fix this situation?

Howdy Elkslayer, I've got one also, in .17 rem. Every so often, I need to tweak the magazine spring a little. Try bending the spring a little to put more pressure on the forward end of the mag. follower. I generally do this everytime I clean the rifle. You may need to expand the entire spring by 1/2-3/4" or so. Hope it works for you. Gary
