Never heard a negative about Jes but a lot of good reports as far as accuracy.
I have just had Jes rebore a .30-06 to .338/06 put can't report on the accuracy yet as I ran into barrel bedding problems. Fast and Cheap.

A buddy had one done in York's shop, he was very disappointed. With both the work and the attitude.

I have had several rifles rebored by Jesse at 35caliber.com and never had any issues.

30-06 REM 700 to 35 Whelen
308 Mauser to 358 Win
30-30 Marlin to 375 Win

Jes has done two barrels for me the the past 2 years. Both BLR's from 7 mm Rem Mag to 338 win mag and 375/338. He worked from dummy cartridges to get the throat long enough in the 375/338 so I could use the entire BLR magazine length and use the long 300 grain Barnes bullet. Barrels are as accurate as the factory barrels, with the crappy trigger on the BLR I can't tell much yet, it needs to go to Neil Jones and get the trigger work.

Good to work with, responsive, quick turn around and far smarter than me on cambering a barrel. Glad I listened.

About 15 years ago I picked up a basket case of a Remington 721 for 175.00 and it shot but the barrel inside had been neglected so badly that I decided to have JES rebore it to a 9.3x62 and it turned out excellent and shoots excellent. His turn around was about 2 weeks and he was super knowledgeable when I asked a few questions. Very nice gentlemen to do business with and I'm thinking about having him bore my Winchester 670 but in a 338/06 this time I think. I can't make up my mind though because the rifle is in mint condition.

I sent an Encore 15 inch 357 Maxi bull barrel to a gentleman to rebore but he passed away so when I got it back I sent it to JES and had him rebore it to 41 Mag and that thing is a tack driver @ 100 yds. Now my 44 Mag Encore barrel doesn't get used mush any more.

I don't have experience with reboring, but he built me this rifle:

https://youtu.be/QlSFWc5zWps (900gr bullet at 2200 fps from 10lb 8.4oz rifle)

Rifle works fine, Wayne's attitude is specific ;-)
To be honest here, I have no problem either with rifle or Wayne. When I found rifle has problem feeding CEB solids, he altered it to work well (originally tested with Woodleigh Weldcores)

BTW I was really interested in his reboring machine when visited his shop.

I have had both guys do rebore work. Wayne has done 1 rebore job had one of his composite stocks fit to action Ceracoat finish. Great job Have used it more than others rifles 338/06 FW pre-64. Shoots 1 hole group at 100 yards. Others old 98 sporter rebore 9.3x62,
30/06 rebored to 35 Whelen on old pre-64 70. 9.3 x62 shoots good, nice bore. Whelen not complete yet. Jes has fast turnaround time. 2 weeks are so. Wayne dos does not do 9.3x62. I would use either guy again. Very happy with job and service.
