Does a CZ 550 use a true large ring 98 Mauser thread and shoulder pattern? Will a prethreaded and chambered Mauser barrel screw right in, requiring only normal adjustments for headspacing?

Is the CZ550 dimensionally the same as a large ring 98 Mauser? Would a Mauser action fit a CZ550 stock?

Don,
The CZ550 threads etc are not compatible with a 98 Mauser and the stocks are quite different. CZ also makes a CZ98. These rifles are built on 98 actions and are interchangable with aftermarket parts (stocks, triggers, safeties) for M98 actions.

Hey guys!
Don't mix the CZ-550 and BRNO M98. It's two different rifles from two different factories!!! M98 by BRNO is fully Mauser compatible, CZ-550 by CZ Uhersky Brod isn't!
