Recommend me a northern Virginia gunsmith?

So I have a pre-64 Model 70 that I want pillar bedded in a pre-inlet McMillan. Does anyone know of a trusted gunsmith in the Northern Virginia area?

I know there are a ton of competent guys out there but I'd love to have some work done without the hassle of shipping for once!

Also looking for someone that can do custom Talley bases, or alternatively, a custom picatinny scope rail...

Thought a NOVA was a shotgun. I think your header is throwing people off.

That and less than 15 minutes between post. You might let this soak for a few days.
