i have a rifle with a different scope setup.. the bases and rings are quick detach but are a bit different. the rings jave a round peg with a groovee cut in them, that goes down into a round hole in the base. then a eccentric lever locks into the groove and locks them in place. i'm wondering whose they are - pachmayer??

Leopold makes them and they are derived from an old German concept.

Yes they are Leupold. I have them on a couple of rifles and like them fine. Return to zero is consistent.
