marley7x57Metric Screws for Scope rings
I am in dire need of 4 socket head metric screws-size (nearest I can tell) 3.5 mm x .05 thread. Around 15mm length. If you have a few please let me know.

And if that doesn't work, look in the yellow pages of your phone book under "Fasteners".

marley7x57I have tried ace hardware and other large commercial bolt and screw outlets. None have this size, which apparently is somewhat unusual. Anyway internet search has come up with zero as well so hoped that a gunsmith might have some laying around. Thanks for your suggestions though.

z1rNot all Ace stores are stocked the same. I got lucky I suppose. I bought mine about two months ago.
These guys have always been real helpful.

Alberta CanuckYou may have already tried this, and if so I apologize for pestering you with another post
The reason I suggest looking for "screw & nut houses" under Fasteners in the yellow pages is so you can find their address(es) and go talk with them locally.
It may very well be that no major supplier supplies that particular dimension. However, you can bet your sweet whatever that SOMEONE does. And the local houses are used to having to find and order odd-ball stuff in their field of specialization...nuts and bolts. So, they have catalogue collections the equal of which you simply won't find on the internet. Small, specialty, metric suppliers are probably known to them, maybe even on a first name basis.
Good luck

I would guess for scope rings. That's what I needed them for.

marley7x57Screws are needed for a set of scope rings. Thanks for phone number-will try to call them tomorrow. I did try local outlets but no luck there either and agree some are out there just have not found them yet.
Rings are somewhat unusual and I will try to take a photo of them for posting.
Thanks again for all suggestions.

marley7x57Well photo instructions worked well, but my brain did not on second photo-too large. Anyway this is what screws are needed for.
