Has anyone from Alaska been able to find Wipe-Out bore cleaner in state. I've looked around Fairbanks and have not been able to find any. Tried to order from Midway and they say they can't ship it here since its an aerosol. Any posters know of a place in Anchorage that stocks it. If there is I may have to brave that Anchorage traffic and make a trip to the big city. Thanks.

AKJD: Take a run over to Sentry Hdwe. They've been very good to me in the past in special ordering stuff for me. They're about the only place I go to any more. Still can't get a Win. primer in this town tho, have to go to Los Anch. for those. Bear in Fairbanks

Thanks Bear

I looked on Sentry's shelf but didn't ask, I'll give it a try.

I bought a box of WLR primers at Guns Down Under 2 weeks ago. Think I paid $18. I was in there fondling a couple big bores. This forum is gonna break my pocketbook. To many evil influences making me want to buy guns with big holes in the barrels.

I know what ya mean, I usually try to stock up on the things I can't get here in Fbks when I'm forced to go to Anchorage a couple times a year. I don't find the prices to be any better there though.

I've looked for the stuff the last few months but to no avail. Is it a gun only product or something else? None in the gun shops. Anyone have a link for a place to buy? Is it a new product, or one just starting to be used as a bore cleaner that started out being used for something else?

The problem is shipping. It can only come up by ground. Ups offers no ground services to Alaska so the Supply companies will not even work with you on another shipping method. We need to drop a word to VF Grace and maybe they will bring it up.
