Anyone know of a source for 788 triggers? preferably aftermarket. Timney has said they were gonna make one for years now still haven't seen it. Just bought a sweet shooting 243 for the other half but the trigger is inconsistant at best. thanks

This trigger has been on back order for over a year.
Check my website periodically as I am getting shipments from Timney nearly every week.

Suprisingly the 788 trigger has come up several times recently. Canjar also offers, or atleast offered (at one time) a replacement, good luck finding one of those.

Doug Shilen will rework them for about $40 and it's so good you wont need an aftermarket replacement. Obviously Doug isn't the only person who can do this, but that's who I had do mine.

I have a file which shows you how to modify your trigger to an adjustable one, if you want a copy of the file, just send me an email address. - Dan
