Help on 25 Gibbs chamber

Just had a 25 Gibbs built,and am wandering what is the correct length to trim the brass after fireform. mine is all different lengths.

Hard to say without knowing your reamers exact dimensions.
My Gibbs data list the trim lengths at 2.494"

If you fireformed your Gibbs brass from 06 I doubt if you will end up with any that measure 2.494". What I would do is measure the cases and trim them to match the shortest ones. However, if you have one or two that are considerably shorter than all others do not trim to that length. Toss them or use them for setting dies, etc. And I would not trim any of them until after I had fired them at least one time with a full power load.
