Getting the Clay Out
I just finished glass bedding a M98 action.

I have been picking & scraping @ the modeling clay I used to plug up all the cut away areas.

What kind of solvent would work to get the small traces out of the nooks & crannies W/O attacking the Accraglas bedding?

That's what I figured.

It's 13 miles to town & I wanted to make sure I got the right thing. I try to not make any more trips than absoluetly neccessary.

Thanks for the tip.

Don't laugh. Run down to your local high pressure car wash. One quarter and you are done in 15 seconds.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

It would work great for plastic stocks.
