I ran 9,3x62 RWS and Norma factory loads through the following actions, worked perfectly in all:

Mausers: 1908, 1909, 1912, Several Orberndorf's, a 1951 and a 1957 FN, and a couple of Mark X's and the Checz 24.

1903 Springfield

Pre and Post 70 Win.

A Whitworth 375 and a Whitworth 458.

So, pick your action, they all work.

How about a Win Model 54? Should be the same as M70?

Thats been my experience with the 9.3x62 as it is basically an 06 case, same for the 35 Whelen and 338-06..Ocasionally they need some trim work...

Yes a Mod 54 Win will work. Boy, I'd like to make a iron sighted 9.3x62 out of that slick 54 with that schenable forend and low comb stock...Guess I better start looking..As a matter of fact Win. made the 54 in 9x57, and I have been told a few in 9.3x? probably 62
