Hmm interesting...I have a 6.5mm Steyr cat in the works that will have a radius-ed shoulder. Looks like I am going to have to anneal the Horn brass in order to form the shoulder though. Expecting about 74grains of case capacity. Should make a nice round for the TC Encore.

Pacific Tool already has reamers for 6.5-Steyr and 338-Steyr in stock. Perhaps they would "rent" one to you?

I need the average weight of 376 Steyr brass to do some "Quickload" predictions for "8mm Steyr Improved" wildcat.

Thanks tsturm:

With that data I can do an H2O calc for the 8mm Steyr Improved.

I have a reamer drawing for this from Pacific Tool.

Steyr was going to launch an entire line of "short magnums" based on this case when they were "upstaged" by the WSM's. Pacific Tool has a lot of reamer data on these.
