well if it wsa easy, I would assume everybody would have tried it by now, but I have both rifles, and hardly ever use the CZ. I can't get an aftermarket trigger here for the Ruger, and if I get one in from the States or UK it would cost me at least half what I paid for the rifle itself, a KID would cost nearly as much as the rifle... I may be way off, but then again, I'm no gunsmith and that's why I'm asking here. I suppose they are two completely different animals and there is no way to make them compatable? I recall asking about modifying the Ruger trigger for a friend with a #1, and a member here Malm, wrote to me telling me he could fo it. Maybe I should ask for his help?

Express, the ruger tuneup kit, drop in, would cost about 45 bucks, us... and someone to send it to you as a present. say, 60 bucks total, and it's drop in. it can be done by just about any gun crank, or the old one CAN be tuned.. but a little too much, and well, you have an auto. jeffe

Is that a trigger assembly or components for bettering the existing trigger?

Express, you could call midway 1800 308 3220 and tell them you want a trigger kit. trigger, spring, and if you want, sear trigger is $22.08 http://www.midwayusa.com/rewriteaproduct/570649 The WHOLE 10/22 tuning kit is $125 http://www.midwayusa.com/rewriteaproduct/716391 and you just polish the sear, as it will be rough, with a cast line down the middle. jeffe [ 03-28-2003, 18:42: Message edited by: jeffeosso ]

You might try Rimfirecentral.com. Any info that you want for a 10/22 will be there. I doubt that the CZ trigger can be used, but if it can you will find out there. Good Luck
