I have a Browning BSS that is getting rather loose. I know that Briley can do the work. Do you guys know of anyone else and the appoximate cost?

How many rounds through the BSS? Those guns can take a lot of use/abuse. I have never heard of one being shot loose.

Try Dennis Potter in Muskego Wi, 414 425 4830. He specializes in shotguns. I am sending him an old german double that is a bit loose and he said it would be around $85 give or take.
