My Dad is thinking of selling his 338/06 project. Here are the particulars: -lefty -Remmy 700 early 80s -24" Med barrel, I believe Z-Hat chambered and barreled it but don't know the make -Sako extractor -McMillan camo stock, partially bedded -2 sets of custom dies, Z-hat and RCBS -All metal needs to be reblued It's been sitting for many years collecting dust. Any idea what it's worth? Thanks.

Your Dad is probably not going to like it, but I'd say in the $500 to $600 range unless he gets very lucky and finds someone who REALLY has his heart set on that setup. This is an opinion and you know what they're worth but I base it on what I see similar items FINISHED selling for on gunbroker. xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere. NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR. I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.
