1886 Winchester metal work

So IF someone wanted the metal work to be refinished on an original 86 who would be the top choice to do the work?

I want a MINIMUM of polishing to be done before the refinish.

Estimated cost(s)

Or do I just leave the "patina"?

i have a '86 octagon barrel 45-70 on its way to doug turnbull restorations... if it passes their inspection, it will be restored to its original 1891 condition....
