Who amoung you has the best stock patterns that will accomodate a customized M-1917 barreled action in .375 H&H?

If you have a stock duplicator and some patterns that will accomodate a M-1917 customized barreled action for a rifle set up with both open sights and a scope, I want to hear from you.

Wenig has a marvellous classic pattern....you might be able to get a picture from Fred by contacting him at www.wenig.com. His pattern uses staigthen military bottom metal and the original safety. If you want wood left in these area, just ask.

I would be intersted in comments on bottom metal....especially J Wisner's that's no longer available. Too bad!

Sights....NECG are about the best however I've seen the rear bridge profiled to take an express peep sight and omitting the open sight.
