Here is a post about DEP Mags, might give it a read and see if it helps. I assume it skips over the round, not that the slide stops before feeding the round from the mag?

DEP Magazine Problems

Claude, thanks for the feedback, I just got back in town and remembered to check this post! I will check and see if there is any difference in the two types of ammo I shoot, they both have the same issue, and if they are the same case length I might want to learn of the length of the ammo that works in your eagle. I just got a new mag which I'll try as well.

Harry, thanks for the input. Yes, it just skips over the round, the action cycles well, and the slide stops fine after the last round is fired, ejection is excellent also. I think the article you posted may have the culprit ID'd as the magazine--I just got a new factory mag, I'll try that next week at the range. Thanks Again
