Get an MRC M1999 LA if what you want to build is a .375 H&H or a .416 Rem. The M1999 LA is not long enough for the .416 Rigby (neither is a M70), but otherwise it is a great action at a great price.

Not if it were my money. I would go with the m70 and not look back. The CZ might be an excellent action. I just have never handled one much less built anything on it.

Go with the mod 70 action and spend the extra savings on custom items or work. Good luck with the project.
