I'm wanting to remove and replace the rear sight on a Glock.. I know this forum caters mainly to rifles but the pistol forum hasn't answered my question. Should I push the old sight out to the left or right? Or does it matter? Seems as if I've heard to go one way with dovetailed sights ?? Thanks

Pat, Always push the sight out from the left as dove-tails taper towards this direction. One shot..meat! Two shots...maybe...Three shots...heap shit! - Old Indian adage

Sorry for being so cautious here, I take it you push them out the right side? Start a new one in from the right and push to the left ... Correct ? Thanks

Just for clarification, that is left and right as viewed from behind the gun Thaine "Begging hands and bleeding hearts will always cry out for more..." Ayn Rand "Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here, we might as well dance" Jeanne C. Stein
