Check with www.savageshooters.com they can tell you how. Since Savage did it as a factory conversion, you should be able to do it.

Thanks for asking, I was considering the same idea. I spoke with someone from savage who said it would be better to use the 300 Ultra mag for this since the magazine box could handle the 375 cartridge length. They said they were not going to offer a 375 H&H next year. Where would you get your 375 barrel? I hope someone can help with the details.
