If you're talking about the UltraMag Big 5 it is $3000 retail. It's pretty well made by DuMoulin Herstal (the A2000-LM) in Belgium but not what I call a really good price. The lower priced standard Mauser action you're seeing from Howa is Ok if you don't mind investment casting and comes in a size that will accomodte the Taylor; just bear in mind that it's not the really cool looking one to the left on their page.
