A friend asked me but I don't know the answer. He asked what the dimensions of the bottom metal for magnum calibers from the Charles daly actions were? I haven't a clue. Anyone know? Just the Win Mag family not the .375 H&H.

Thx.

They use the same bottom metal as for the 30-06 rounds. My 7 Mag Mk X and 30-06 FN measure .715 at the front, .905 at the rear and 3.408 long. Except for the floorplate release, they are the same. Those are internal dimensions, BTW. Even the follower looks the same.
