These went so fast I had to make up a few more. I have just competed another group of side swing, two position safeties to fit the 98 Mauser. These are modified 98 bolt shrouds with PM levers. $95 shipped to you with your old shroud in trade. Email please.

Sounds interesting. Are they blued, case color or in white. Pictures available?

Cheers

Jim,

Email me a picture from your digital camera and I can post it here for anyone that wants to look. Unless they are blued already, then I will take a picture of one that you made for me.

Matte blue with a casehardened lever.

Does the safety's rearward travel (safe position) rest it against the shroud or perpendicular to it?

I just received 2 of these and they are quite nice.

It goes all the way back (beyond perpindicular, about the same arc that a M70 safety makes).

All the way back and all the way forward. No middle stop like the 3 way.

Appreciate it tiggertate...I have a two-position where "safe" is perpendicular to the shroud and "fire" is all the way forward and don't care for it.

Yes they will work, but the Interarsms ones (read Zastava) have a sort of shorter firing pin throw, a kind of speedlock and I would need the action to fit it.
