Wally, I've been using it for about 4 month's, very happy with it. I mix about 5 to 1 since I want the lub. more than the cooling especially cutting thread's. It work's very well with my muzzle flush setup also give's a very nice finish when turning. I used Rustlick WS600AC for year's but this seem's to work just as well and I can get it locally for half the money. Ron

Thanks Ron,
What are you using for flushing from muzzle? High pressure or just typical coolant pump pressure?

The regular coolant pump won't do the job. Ihave a 1 horse Baldor motor-pump I bought from MSC. It would pump over 100 pound's pressure if I wanted. I usually use about 40 pound's pressure with the line valve open just enough to get good flow and carry the chip's out well. The first time I used it I opened the valve all the way once the reamer was in a way's and cutting, when I backed out to see if any of the flute's were packing it filled my hair covered the wall and ceiling with coolant and hit a wall about 18 feet away. What model pump? How do you connect it to the muzzle?

Be careful with pressure. It takes only 14 psi to blow your eyeball out of its socket.

Wally, I bought the muzzle flush system put out by Greg Tannel several year's ago. I have them set up on 2 lathe's. I had been chambering barrel's for 25 year's and turned my nose up at it when I first heard of it. Now I don't know how I got along with out it. I sure wouldn't want to go back. Greg put out a number of video's, might have one that would help you. He's pretty sharp and a real nice guy to boot. If I can find the paper's I'll let you know what my pump is. I've got them somewhere. He has a web site "G.T.R.Tooling" http://gtrtooling.com/ Ron
