Hey GUys,
I've got a pact pro chrono, with skysreens, holder, and case for the chrono. This is the one with the printer.

It's 250 worth of stuff, on midway...

take 3 good vz-24 actions, unaltered.... for trade

we each pay shipping from each?

or 180- bucks

Jeff

IMHO, that PACT is only worth one good VZ24 action. I've got about half a dozen VZ actions on hand but would be hard pressed to part with any much less three.

Zack,
thanks for the input. I would have appreciated it in a private email, but souring a thread or two, i bet I have coming...

the vz is 60 to 70 bucks, for action grade, in the very recent past.

the pact pro, which you might not be familiar with, is normally 245.99 plus shipping on midway, for the set that I have.

I am asking a reasonable, in my opinion, amount in trade.

So, Zack, are you saying that you value the VZ more than the goign rate, which is a fine sentiment, or that you don't think very highly of the pact chrono, rating it less than 70 bucks?

Either way is great, and your opinion. Mine is slightly different, and in the grand scheme of things, I imagine both of those will change to a degree

good hunting and welcome to the forum
jeffe

Sorry if I came accross sounding like a dick! I did not intend to. Nor did I intend to interfere with any deals you might have had in the works. My apologies.

I love the Pact machines and have used one myself since the 80's. I don't believe they are over valued. Rather, like you said, I believe the VZ actions are under valued. True, they are selling on the market for about $75 these days and were selling for less. Which makes the trade you seek totally appropriate, especially for someone who took advantage of the Dunhams or Big5 sales.

Mine are worth far more to me because I managed to score a bunch that are still remarkably true and relatively unmolested. I guess I view them as diamonds in the rough.

Hey Zack,
No harm done. I can understand your feelings on the early to the country ones. They probably are the cream.

I am looking for three to play with... not for great guns.

See ya around,
jeffe
