Bought an al 2100 NIB for my wife in 20 gage (hasn't arrived yet) I don't know beans about shotguns, only owne an 870 wingmaster for 45 yrs. Anyway she won't shoot more than 1/2 box of shells through it a year. Will this gun be reliable ? or did I get burned ?
My wife only hunts the opening day of turkey season with me.
Any comments appreciated

What kind of shotgun is the 2100? I have a Traditions side x side in 410 that I like a lot.

I believe these are the same guns being sold as American Arms a few years ago. I bought a O/U in 28 Ga and loved it.....gave it to a kid as a collage graduation gift. I also had a 20 Ga side/side that was a fine gun.....but two .410 O/U were badly misaligned.....patterened at least two feet off center at 30 yards!!!

It is an Als 2100 semi-auto youth model made in Turkey, has five choke tubes, can't figure out what they all are, it arrived this morning. ,light as a feather and shoot's both 2 3/4 and 3" shells. Very short for me, but should work for my wife. It's new in the box and I havent shot it yet. Hope I didn't get a pig in a poke!
