Bill, you have doubtless seen the articles by Dave Scovill and Wayne Van Zwoll in Rifle and Handloader, describing Fred Zeglin's work. Scovil in particular has had a lot of work done by Fred.

Before my Alaskan hunt two years ago I had Zeglin rebuild my .340 Wby. The result was superb. I got 1/4 MOA groups. Here's the whole story: http://ulfhere.freeyellow.com/ballistics/alaska.html

He's a straight up guy and I would go to him without hesitation. Let me know if you do the conversion. Fred and I talked about doing this on my Brno a couple of years ago. I've been distratcted by higher priority projects since then, but still considering it.
