Does anyone know if a P-64 extractor will work on a a mid 90's Mod 70 Classic action?

Just FYI, my pre-64 standard ejector doesn't work on the 70 Classics either. Bought a used Classic with borken ejector and thought I'd just swap out with a pre-64 but it is a tad too short to work.
