What's the deal for a non member to go to the show? Is there 2 fees one for DSC and one for ACGG
Are there tickets?

Have no interest in the banquet or general meeting.

Just buy your ticket at the door at DSC and you get to see everything.

The report is true. However, coming and looking without telling others who care you are there...Say hello!! Would love to meet you in person...even if it is more than a first intro! In other words...all ya'll come.

I am in charge of the 2017 DSC/ACGG Presidents Auction Rifle and the 2017 ACGG Bespoke Auction Shotgun projects. To date, a total of 20 Guild Members have donated their skills to make these two items the best in years. Just a few names of the craftsmen/women who gave/will give of their skills: Sam Welch, Jim Blair, Brian Board, Jon Vest, Gene Simillion, Paul Nichols, Pat Taylor, Roger Ferrel, Ed LaPour, Jim Kobe,Craig Libhart,DW...many more.

The rifle is just about completed. Pictures may be seen on the ACGG Facebook page. Right now it is in pieces waiting assembly and final function testing. What is the rifle? Pre-War Winchester Mdl 70 customized to 416 Rem Mag.

The shotgun started life as a Simson 12 Bore SxS. Ed LaPour and Bruce Farman did yeomans work to make a sow into a silk purse. Greener cross bolted action. Redone outside metal sculpting. LOP left long and un -finished to fit to lucky buyer. The gun is designed and re-engineered as a target/live bird gun 12 Bore.
Gun to be balanced to new owners pleasure(currently just at the hinge pin.) Gun to be fitted to new owner and modified by myself. Craig Libhart Stockmaker. This gun should be on display at the show. I am excited they will be spectacular to view in person.

To all...last years ACGG show was the best we have had in years. There were more than just Greg whom I missed saying hello to. My loss! Please, if you visit, make sure someone knows you were there. All of us depend on one another for the continuance of this craft. Tell others you know to come say "Hey" also.

FWIW....LOP currently is 15" to butt wood and 6 lb. 8oz.weight on the shotgun.
