I have a nice Springfield sporter stock that needs the checkering recut and I'm looking for a member of this forum who does this work. The checkering is in VG condition, just not well pointed. Tim Smith-Lyons' fresh-cut checkering jobs had been very nice and priced right. But, he's not an AR member and can no longer do the really fine work. I'm not sure about re-cutting. Google him if interested.
