Will the barrels from the Blackhawk and Super Blackhawk interchange?

Yes. The only difference between the Blackhawk and the Super version is the grip-frame.

The Hunter is different, but the others interchange. Be aware that the threads aren't timed. You will need to do that your self, which entails a new forcing cone too.
