I sent my Interarms Mark X to Pacnor for rebarreling. The next day, unnfortunately, we have had a fire, lost connected buildings to workshop and an adjacent outbuilding. I ran into a burning building three times to empty gunsafe. Then entered one last time and looked at potters wheel, oxyacetalene outfit, and and a lifetimes collection of gunsmithing and reloading tools. Smoke was getting bad. Left the building weeping. Figured all was lost but the guns. Turned out fire dept. saved that space, thank the stars, but much smoke damage. In the chaos of rebuilding, I have lost the action screws to my Interarms Mark X. Sarco has them cheap, but they are slower than molassas. Anybody know where I can buy both action screws in kind of a hurry? Thanks, Clayman

You can get commercial Mauser action screws from Numrich's or Brownells -- S40 Youth and vitality are wasted on the young.

Brownells has them. They are just standard 98 Mauser. You can get allen head "122-505-598 Mauser FN, pair ($5.95)" or slot "319-414-098 Fits Mauser non-locking, pair ($5.20)".
