Burris did make a Ruger to picatinny adapter.

butchlambertA 2 piece is what he is looking for. He is a varmint hunter and his wife bought him a pretty damn nice night vision scope for it.
Malm, what brand is that?
Mr Bennett, I also suggested that he check with Burris.

WestpacIt's a steel blank that I had to machine to fit.

MarkWhen you are looking be sure to get the measurements off the base of the NV scope, I had to widen one slot slightly to get a fit on the rail, which may or may not be cosmetically acceptable to the gun owner or it can be refinished before it is initially mounted.

butchlambertMark,
He has a nice Ruger as Rugers go, but it is a tool to him.

MarkButch,
Just mentioning it as an issue that has cropped up for me on 2 separate rifles, with 2 separate NV scopes. One was a ruger 77/22 mag where I put a B-Square rail on, which stated it was a weaver style but at the time we'd thought since it had a bunch of slots it would fit up to a picatinney mount, which turned out to be off by 1/8" or so.
Anyway, when I built my coyote rifle I made sure the rail I got for the 700 action was labeled Picatinney and lo and behold, I had the same darn problem. Again, nothing that couldn't be fixed in a couple minutes with a file and it is not visible when the NV is mounted but if someone were picky it is noticeable with a different scope mounted and someone is looking for it.
OTOH it would be darn near invisible to someone squinting so as not to have to look at a canoe paddle stock unnecessarily.
