vapodogI finally got the "Son-of-a-Bitch"
This magnum Zastava action is fitted with a (finally) Dakota bolt handle and 3-position safety and a Timney trigger:
The half round/half octagon barrel has a Williams front sight:
and a NECG rear sight custom milled to octagon:
The bottom metal:
and the caliber marking which is difficult to photograph:
Will the owner of this barreled action claim it by posting....."It's mine"?

Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.

I'll play your game!

Since you are apparently so frustrated by it, "It's mine."
And I'll be happy to have it, as it is very nice.

duikermanI just roughly added up the costs on this barreled action.
Starting with a CD action and then throw out the trigger and shroud and then cut off a fine bolt handle you can have $600 in the action plus another $400 in bottom metal and then a round/octagon barrel plus sights custom milled, say another $500
You got about $1,500 in a barreled action alone.
I must say that this is a very good looking piece of metal work as I like the round/octagon barrel and the Mausers with three position safetys. Very unusual. My hat is off to you guys.

I have lost track of the cost of this because of all of the wheeling and dealing I have done to get the parts. However I can say you are high.
