What is the longest COL that will fit in a mini mauser (Zastava)with a little to spare?

Does anyone have a Zastava Mini Mauser and if so what is it like?

Had one several years ago in .223, but I can't tell you the magazine length. Mine had a problem with a light firing pin (striker, to you Brits) and gave occassional misfires. This should be easily remedied, however.

It's a nice little action and would be serviceable for that 6 X 47 you want to build, but having had both, I'd prefer the Sako L461.

I have a mini Mark-X. I am not sure if it is the same action for which you are seeking information. If it is, the magazine interior length is 2.285 inches.

It will take a 223 lenth round and thats it. You can however make a single shot out of it and it will take a longer and/or fatter round..
