I have a 1960's production JP Sauer and Sohn Royal SxS shotgun that has a problem with doubling. Its a single trigger and the selector switch is not functioning smoothly and the gun doubles when the right barrel is selected. Would appreciate a referral to a good SXS gunsmith who knows his way around a boxlock. Someone who isn't backed up for a year is also helpful. Thanks!

I once came into possession of a J.P. Sauer S/S shotgun which some careless person had disassembled and then misplaced all the screws. New England Custom Guns (www.newenglandcustomgun.com) was able to replace all the screws, including engraving them to match the receiver. They also rebuilt a sadly neglected Greifelt S/S for me. I can recommend them highly.
