I just bought a brno 600 in 30-06. This has space in rear bridge for pop up peep, but it is missing. What should I do with that space? One freind/ gunsmith suggested putting in steel filler to make it look like a Mauser double Square Bridge. I guess i could leave it as is or replace the peep. Is there a source for those or does someone have a spare to sell? Anyone dealt with this and what did you do? The stock is weatherby stlye and I plan to have MV Highsmith make a classic British style out of existing wood or use a Wenig. Any suggestions or comments will be appreciated. Thanks guys.
